		<description>Brilliant expansion and application of Ruskin&#039;s ideas. Having just read Matthew Crawford&#039;s &quot;Shop Class as Soulcraft&quot;, this resonates clearly. I believe there is a societal shift afoot! BTW, your blog is both beautiful and important.</description>

		<description>As usual, thoughtful, insightful, revealing.  I forwarded this to a couple of co-workers as an inspirational start to the week.  This quote jumped out for one:
&quot;Humans are a motley bunch. We resist programming. And these traits go hand-in-hand with human “majesty.”&quot;
This so succinctly reveals one of the root reasons why there is so much underlying discontent in the &#039;typical&#039; work place.  So much energy is spent trying to make us into somebody else when we just simply want to be ourselves, flaws and all.</description>
