Just read this post. While I would make a comment on some of the real substance, my priority is to give you kudos for playing Devo songs…in a band. I’m a big fan of the group and people with guts enough to get up on stage playing music.

I felt really good after I read this column. My doctoral research (hopefully) is greatly time lagged and people who used to think I am ‘outstanding’ now are having doubts about my being ‘average’. I don’t know whether I can do this, but felt I should acknowledge my good feeling anyway.
